These people are making a go of it on one-tenth of an acre. They have challenged everyone to skip the 100 mile diet and try the 100 foot diet.The homestead operates as a viable home business. We do not depend on tours, lectures, writing books, teaching, memberships, grants, donations or consulting fees to make our living. We strive to be a true, working homestead model - not a just a showcase that relies on such fickle sources of income.
